- Any fees resulting from shipping delays, address changes, or personal reasons (returns/cancellations) are to be covered by the buyer.
- In the event of extra charges due to recent changes in US customs policy, we will cover those fees entirely.
- You may request an order cancellation or change within 2 hours after payment by contacting our customer service.
- For cancellations due to personal reasons, a $20 handling fee will be charged.
Once your order is packed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
- If your order hasn’t been shipped, we can provide a full refund to your original payment method.
- For shipped orders, please refer to our Return Policy (returns are generally accepted within 14 days).
- Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
