2. 📝 Return Process

  1. ✉️ Contact Support Within 30 Days:
    Reach out to our customer service with your order number and reason for return.

  2. 📩 Receive RMA Number and Instructions:
    After verification, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

  3. 📦 Ship the Product Back:
    Please ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  4. 🔍 Inspection:
    Once we receive the return, the product will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  5. 💰 Refund or Rejection:

    • ✔️ If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    • ❌ If rejected, the product will be sent back or no refund will be issued.


3. 🚚 Return Shipping

  • 💸 Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

  • 📦 Use a trackable shipping service for your return.
